25 Journal Prompts

These journal prompts were created by me to help further explore who you are as a person. Writing in a journal can help your mental health by putting thoughts that might be heavy on your mind on paper instead. However, not every journal session has to be specific to heavy and difficult thoughts. Sometimes it’s just fun to explore your own sense of self, which can be easily lost in the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy these prompts and please let me know if you use any of them in the comments!
